Theatre33 invites you to a magical fairytale by the great playwright Maurice Maeterlinck. A classic story about the pursuit of the blue bird, the bird of happiness, and about the courage needed to see and feel the happiness and treasures that may not be as obvious.

Young Tyltyl and Mytyl journey through the land of Memory, Palace of the Night, Palace of the Future, Garden of Luxuries accompanied by the Souls of animals and objects – Bread, Fire, Water, Sugar, Dog and Cat. What secrets can the magic diamond, gifted by Fairy Berilyuni, uncover? Will they find the Blue Bird in their quest?

Come experience this story with us! Since April, over 25 families have joined Theatre33’s annual community family play to bring this magical and heartwarming story to you. While the play is in Russian, with written synopsis in English, it is very musical, visually stimulating and heartwarming, bypassing the barriers of language to tell the story.
