IBT presents Dracula!
International Ballet Theatre, Bellevue’s Premier Ballet Company opens their 22nd Season of Dance with an original production of DRACULA at the Meydenbauer Theatre

IBT’s theatrical performance of DRACULA is set in Gothic times — with music, and costumes inspired by the legendary stories of Bram Stoker. This isn’t a creepy haunted house you walk through. Dracula is a very real live theatrical performance that engages the audience in a howling good time. However, we must warn you that this is not your typical boy finds girl Vampire Love Story. You might witness celebrations by village people lost in time, zombies that are both slithery and fashionable, tap-dancing demons, and Gypsy dance battles on the edge of town.

IBT’s DRACULA is “A fusion of movement and sound — Performance Art at its finest!” May we suggest digging up an old friend or two and dragging them out with you to see what all the screaming is about? IBT’s DRACULA is the perfect Halloween treat for anyone avoiding sweets. So, isn’t it time to get out of the house and into a dark theatre?
Consider attendance to one of these performances an apéritif to any other Halloween festivities on your weekend calendar.

Choreography by Vera Altunina, Jerry Tassin and Francois Serre y Berga
