Our IBA/IBT Artistic Director Ms Vera Altunina is happy to extend the invitation to our families, dancers and our multicultural Bellevue Community.

Jackie Villegas-MacLin is of Mexican American and Spanish heritage. She was born and raised in the coastal town of Santa Barbara California where she is a 7th generation descendant. Jackie’s ancestors on her maternal side goes back to the original Spanish settlers of the central and southern coastal regions of California as early as the 1700’s.
Jackie’s Hispanic cultural background is honored, preserved, and continues to flow in her veins through her lifetime of studying and teaching Mexican Folk and Spanish Flamenco dancing.
