DRACULA A Live Theatrical Experience
October 28, 2023 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
|
$62
International Ballet Theatre, Bellevue’s Premier Ballet Company opens their 23rd Season of Dance with an original production of DRACULA at the Meydenbauer Theatre in Bellevue, We.
Inspired by the stories of Bram Stroker this original dance theatre performance of Dracula is set in Gothic times. However, we must warn you that this is not your typical boy finds girl Vampire Love Story. You might witness celebrations by village people lost in time, zombies that are both slithery and fashionable, tap-dancing demons, and Gypsy dance battles on the edge of town.
“A fusion of movement and sound — Performance Art at its finest!”
May we suggest digging up an old friend or two and dragging them out with you to see what all the screaming is about? IBT’s Dracula is the perfect Halloween treat for anyone avoiding sweets. So, isn’t it time to get yourself out of the house and into a dark theatre?
Choreography
Vera Altunina, Jerry Tassin, Francois Serre y Berga
Featuring the music of A. Piazzolla, Gounod, Enesco
